We strive on providing the best possible service for our customers. Offering a range of services such as window cleaning, gutter clearances, UPVC cleans and conservatory cleans. All tailored to fit our customers individual needs.

As well as offering the traditional ladder and squeegee technique, we are also professionally trained to use the “Reach and Wash System” other wise known as water fed pole. So not only will we leave your windows cleaned to the highest standards but we are also able to reach those windows you thought impossible to clean, in some cases 60ft high!

Reach and wash is the latest technology when it comes to window cleaning. Water is passed through a 5 stage filtration system, so all impurities are no longer present in the water. This prevents any residue or streaks from being left on your windows and therefore leaves your windows cleaner for longer. This method also avoids damage which may be caused by ladders. Such as scratches and scuffs on your sills and walls, or damaged flowerbeds. A much safer technique for the operator and the public.

Edward Chan the Managing director of IWCW LTD has been cleaning windows since he was 15 years old. Working for other local window cleaners on his free Saturday he quickly learnt that his obsession to do the job to the highest standard was only shared by himself, his close family member (now known as Wills window cleaning) and his boss. The other 8 staff did not care about their quality of work nor were they reliable. Before long the entire database of customers were requesting that only one of these three staff members clean their property.

For a few years in between, Edward went on to learn about business in the hospitality trade, managing staff and helping in the running of the business. in this case the business’ he was learning from were ran to the highest standard. He wanted to deliver this same professional standard to the window cleaning industry he found was lacking all those years before.

Edward studied the industry, realising that there was no college, university or courses aimed towards window cleaning. The average window cleaner was claiming support, working illegally. Most window cleaners were found unreliable, dishonest and/or unable to do a good job. They normally used equipment from the likes of B&Q or the local handyman store.
They never renewed their equipment! there was simply no professional window cleaners.

Edward now finds like minded individuals to himself and acts as the middleman for you and them. He trains, mentors and keeps a watchful eye over the whole transactions making sure the good people of liverpool are given good value for money by his now partnered window cleaners.
